Our TT Tennis junior programme was established at Remuera Rackets in 2002 by Troy Turnbull, and is now the biggest and one of the most successful junior club coaching programmes in Auckland.

Little Legends    BOOK NOW

AGES 4 TO 8, GROUPED BY AGE

 The Little Legends programme is mostly based on the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Mini Tennis programme. The programme is fun, exciting and socially interactive. The pupils will learn the basic fundamental motor skills, which are the core skills pupils need to learn along with basic stroke production (and also helps in all other sports the children may play). We use a holistic approach to build a solid foundation for their next stage of development. Your child does not need to be a club member at this stage.

Young Guns    BOOK NOW

AGES 7 TO 11, GROUPED BY ABILITY

This programme covers all aspects of tennis, including footwork, technique, basic strategy and match play all wrapped up in a lesson that is fun for the kids. At this stage Young Guns should be participating in all club tournaments and some regional tournaments.

Casual Cats & Go Girls    BOOK NOW

AGES 11 TO 15, GROUPED BY ABILITY

"Better late than never!" These classes are designed for those who might have missed some or all of the earlier stages, but have decided learning tennis with their mates sounds like a good idea. This is still a good time to learn tennis skills.

AGES 8 TO 13, GROUPED BY ABILITY—BY INVITATION ONLY

This programme is designed for kids who are now entering tournaments and playing for their schools top teams. We have created an environment whereby the kids receive technical advice and hit as many balls as possible incorporating competitive situations. These classes are 90 minutes long and incorporate a fitness component. We try and limit numbers to a 4:1 pupil coach ratio. Email Troy to see if this is the right class for your child.

Elite Training Squads    BOOK NOW

GROUPED BY ABILITY—BY INVITATION ONLY

These squads are by invitation only. These students are becoming complete players and are now taking more ownership of their games. We expect all players to bring their "A" game and a competitive attitude to every session! Email Troy to see if this is the right class for your child.
