NEW CLASSES STARTING TUESDAY 31 JANUARY 2012—EXTRA CLASSES ADDED

 

  • In the TT Tennis workout classes you get short cycles of high intensity workout
    and periods of rest, simulating interval training.
  • It is a fun group activity for players of all abilities.
  • Classes are for adults only (18 and over).
  • All tennis players welcome (including non members)

 

 


 

For beginners

 

A fun way to kick-start your game, this class is designed for first time players with limited or no experience.

  • Instruction designed to get you playing ASAP
  • Learn by playing
  • Drills to practice your technique
  • Games to improve your match playing ability
  • Fitness component
  • Coach with patience and a sense of humour
  • Maximum of 4 players per coach (the ideal number for a complete tennis workout)
  • 1 hour workout per week for four weeks (classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

For those with basic tennis skills

 

This programme is designed for those with basic tennis skills, who want to focus primarily on getting a workout.

 

  • Minimal instruction (coaches will bark encouragement)
  • Drill-based exercises to get your heart rate up and your errors down
  • Game-based exercises to satisfy your competitive streak
  • Maximum of 4 players per coach
  • 1 hour workout per week for four weeks (classes on Tuesday through to Friday)
